About the event: Visit four continents in one night at YA's annual benefit gala that supports arts education in Maryland schools and communities! During the event, guests are taken on a culinary and artistic tour of the world from an ancient Cameroon village in Africa, to a modern day Indian café in Asia.
Evening highlights include an awards ceremony honoring James L. Tucker, Jr., Coordinator of Fine Arts for the Maryland State Department of Education's Division of Instruction, Recipient of the Nina Wood Collier Arts Champion Award, Ssuuna, African Dancer and Drummer, Recipient of the Young Audiences Artist of the Year Award, and the Visionary School Award; and an exciting live and silent auction, with items ranging from local restaurant gift certificates to romantic getaways.
More than 300 art enthusiasts and educators are expected to attend. Please join us!
