The GrassRoots Steering Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce its Campaign 2008 Black and White Summer Gala!  This event will celebrate the 2008 Presidential Election Season in Maryland and highlight the 2008 Vote The Power!™ Campaign.  Event date is Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Aberdeen Holiday Inn Hotel, Aberdeen, MD.  Time is 6:00pm-11:00pm.  Guest Keynote Speaker is Mr. Carl Snowden, Director of the Office of Civil Rights, Maryland Attorney General. Special Guest is Mr. Charles Robinson, Regional Director of The National Association Of Black Journalists and Associate Producer at Maryland Public Television.  Appetizers, buffet style dinner, beverages and dessert will be served.  Event will feature lively entertainment, music and dancing! All are welcome.  Tickets are $36.00 per person.  Price includes social hour.
