I have managed several restaurants in Maryland and have used restaurant consultants called www.therestauranttrainers.com!
They provide monthly inspections similar to those of the health
department to help us maintain good conditions-they educate us on what
needs to be done and even provide professional cleaners and licensed
pest control services if necessary! They're awesome! I've
used them for 5 years and wouldn't manage a restaurant without them!
